Baked garlic potato wedges seasoned with peri peri!

YIELD: 4 - 6 servings
TOTAL TIME: 30 mins
INGREDIENTS:
3 large Potatoes 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil 1 tbsp. garlic powder
Salt to taste
Freshly ground pepper
Chopped coriander
Ranch dressing for dipping 1 tbsp. peri peri seasoning (Click here to buy) or make it at home by combining all the ingredients mentioned below!
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp ground coriander
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp dried parsley
2 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp ground cardamom
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 400°.
Cut potatoes into wedges. Add to baking sheet and top with olive oil, garlic powder and peri peri seasoning and season with salt and pepper. Toss until fully coated, then flip skin side down.
Bake until deeply golden and crispy, for around 20- 25 mins.
Garnish with chopped coriander and serve with ranch dressing for dipping or simply with mayonnaise.
