Chilli Maggi!


YIELD : 2 servings

TOTAL TIME : 15 mins

INGREDIENTS:

  • Maggi noodles: 2 packets

  • Green chillies - 1 chopped

  • Curry leaves - 8-10

  • Frozen peas - 25 gms

  • Tomato - 1 large (finely chopped)

  • Onion - 1 large (finely chopped)

  • Turmeric powder: 1/4th tsp

  • Red chilli powder: 1/4th tsp

  • Coriander powder: 1/4th tsp

  • Salt: 1/4th tsp


PREPARATION

  1. In a pan heat 2 tbsp of oil.

  2. Add onions, green chilles and curry leaves and saute for 2 mins on medium flame.

  3. Add peas and cook for about 1 minute

  4. Now add the chopped tomatoes and cook for 2-3 mins on low-med flame

  5. Reduce the flame to low and add in the above mentioned spices.

  6. Add maggi tastemaker to the mixture and mix well.

  7. Now add 2 cups of water (500 ml) and let it boil.

  8. Add your noodles and cook for 2-3 mins.

  9. Serve hot. :)
