Maggi noodles: 2 packets
Green chillies - 1 chopped
Curry leaves - 8-10
Frozen peas - 25 gms
Tomato - 1 large (finely chopped)
Onion - 1 large (finely chopped)
Turmeric powder: 1/4th tsp
Red chilli powder: 1/4th tsp
Coriander powder: 1/4th tsp
Salt: 1/4th tsp
In a pan heat 2 tbsp of oil.
Add onions, green chilles and curry leaves and saute for 2 mins on medium flame.
Add peas and cook for about 1 minute
Now add the chopped tomatoes and cook for 2-3 mins on low-med flame
Reduce the flame to low and add in the above mentioned spices.
Add maggi tastemaker to the mixture and mix well.
Now add 2 cups of water (500 ml) and let it boil.
Add your noodles and cook for 2-3 mins.
Serve hot. :)
