Traditionally dorayakis consist of a red bean filling sandwiched between two pancakes.
This filling however can be replaced with a chocolate filling or any other filling that you like.
Or instead of using a filling, you can simply top it off with nutella or maple syrup .

TOTAL TIME : 10 mins
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp honey
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
11/2 tbsp milk powder (optional)
50 ml fresh milk
Nutella or maple syrup (whichever you like)
In a bowl add 2 eggs.
Add sugar and honey and whisk well.
Now whisk together flour, baking powder, milk powder (optional) and milk.
Mix well till you get a smooth batter.
Let it rest for 15 mins.
Heat the pan.
Sprinkle water on the pan to check if it's hot enough.
Now add one spoon of the prepared batter and cook on low heat without any oil or butter.
Wait until you see bubbles. Then flip it over. Repeat the same.
You can serve it with nutella or maple syrup.
