YIELD: 3-4 servings

1 Chicken breast cut into cubes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder/ ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp chilli sauce
1/4th cup milk
1/2 cup cold water
1 cup plain flour
1/2 cup cornflour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp crushed red chilli
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
Take a chicken breast and cut it into cubes.
Add 1 tsp salt, red chilli powder, garlic powder. vinegar, chilli sauce. and milk and cover it up with cling wrap.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Now for the coating, to the plain four add corn flour, crushed red chilli, garlic powder, oregano and salt. Mix well.
To the marinated chicken cubes, add 1 egg and mix well.
Coat each cube with the flour mixture and keep aside
Preserve the remaining marination and add a little cold water to it.
Now dip the coated cubes into the water mixture and coat them again with the flour mixture. Shake off the excess.
Fry in medium hot oil till golden brown and crisp.
Serve immediately. :)
