'The most important step'
Extra virgin olive oil is the most important ingredient to make hummus! so pull out your bottle of fine extra virgin olive oil and drizzle it generously on top of the hummus rather than incorporating it in the mix, where it will just weigh things down. I use Borges extra virgin olive oil that tastes amazing with salads, grilled foods and steamed veggies. It is one of the best oils for cooking as it reduces the risk of heart disease and diabetes.
