Manchow Soup!

YIELD: 3 SERVINGS

INGREDIENTS:
Butter: 1 tbsp
Ginger: 2 inch
Garlic: 3 cloves
Carrots: 1/4th cup finely chopped
Bell peppers: 1/4th cup finely chopped
Onions: 1/4th cup finely chopped
Red chilli powder: 1/4th tsp
Pepper: 1/4th tsp
Sugar: 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Dark soy sauce: 2 tbsp
Vinegar: 1 tsp
Schezwan sauce/Red chilli sauce: 1 tbsp
Tomato sauce: 1 tsp
Chicken stock: 1.5 cup
1 tbsp corn flour plus water paste
Noodles: 1 cup (boiled)
For Fried Noodles:
Boil 1 cup noodles , strain and mix with 2 tbsp cornstarch and deep fry till crisp.
