Manchow Soup!

INGREDIENTS:

  • Butter: 1 tbsp

  • Ginger: 2 inch

  • Garlic: 3 cloves

  • Carrots: 1/4th cup finely chopped

  • Bell peppers: 1/4th cup finely chopped

  • Onions: 1/4th cup finely chopped

  • Red chilli powder: 1/4th tsp

  • Pepper: 1/4th tsp

  • Sugar: 1/2 tsp

  • Salt to taste

  • Dark soy sauce: 2 tbsp

  • Vinegar: 1 tsp

  • Schezwan sauce/Red chilli sauce: 1 tbsp

  • Tomato sauce: 1 tsp

  • Chicken stock: 1.5 cup

  • 1 tbsp corn flour plus water paste

  • Noodles: 1 cup (boiled)

For Fried Noodles:

Boil 1 cup noodles , strain and mix with 2 tbsp cornstarch and deep fry till crisp.
