Mango Banana smoothie bowl

This smoothie bowl is vegan, gluten free, dairy free and so refreshing! loaded with nutrients like potassium and fiber from bananas, Vit- A, Vit- E and antioxidants from mangoes, Vit- C from lemons and copper, iron and manganese from coconut milk makes it a super healthy and quick breakfast!

Lets not forget flax seeds that are loaded with omega 3 fats and rich in dietary fibre that also promote weight loss.

This smoothie bowl has all the health benefits you need!

TOTAL TIME: 5 MINS


INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled and frozen

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp flax seeds

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

PREPARATION:

  1. In a blender blend all the ingredients mentioned above till smooth and creamy.

  2. You can also replace flax seeds with hemp or chia.

  3. Add your favourite toppings!

  4. I like to add granola and fresh pomegranate seeds in my smoothie bowl.
