Masala Fried Shrimp

TOTAL TIME: 30-40MINS

INGREDIENTS:

  • Fresh Shrimp: 250gms (peeled and de-veined)

  • Onion: 1 large (Finely Sliced)

  • Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 tsp

  • Turmeric: 1/2 tsp

  • Red chili powder: 1 tsp

  • Coriander powder: 1 tsp

  • Everest Tandoori Chicken Masala: 1 tsp

  • Garam Masala: 1/4th tsp

  • Oil:3 tbsp

  • Salt to taste


PREPARATION:

  1. In a pressure cooker add the cleaned shrimp along with all the ingredients mentioned (Ginger garlic paste, Oil, Salt, Onions, Turmeric, Garam Masala, Coriander, Red chilli powder and Everest tandoori masala) and 1 cup of water and pressure cook on med flame till 2 whistles are heard (Approx 7-10mins)

  2. After the shrimp is well cooked transfer it to a pan and cook till dry or till the desired consistency.

  3. Serve with Fresh cilantro and Sliced Roasted Potatoes (optional)
