Melt In The Mouth Murgh Malai Kebab!


YIELD: 2 servings

TOTAL TIME: 40 mins

INGREDIENTS:

  • Boneless chicken: 200 gms

  • Hung curd: 2 tbsp

  • Fresh cream: 2 tbsp

  • Almonds: 6-8

  • Cashews: 6-8

  • Ginger garlic paste: 1.5 tsp

  • Salt: 1/2 tsp

  • Pepper: 1/2 tsp

  • Lemon juice: 1 tbsp

  • Chopped cilantro: 2 tbsp

PREPARATION:

For the marinade:

  1. In a blender jar add ginger garlic paste, cashews, almonds, hung curd and fresh cream and grind into a smooth paste.


  1. Coat the chicken well with the marinade and add lemon juice, chopped cilantro, pepper, salt and 1 tbsp of oil. Freeze overnight. (the longer you freeze the softer they'll turn out)

  2. Preheat oven at 240 C for 15 mins. Place the chicken onto the skewers and grill for 15 mins on each side.

  3. Serve hot with mint or garlic sauce.
