TOTAL TIME - 20 mins
Tilapia fillet- 250 gms cut into cubes (or any other fish that you like)
Corn starch- 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
Chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
Food colourant- a pinch (optional)
Dark soy sauce- 1 tsp
Mixed ground spices (garam masala)-1/4th tsp or Tandoori masala (Click here to buy)
Salt to taste
In a large bowl mix the above ingredients together along with the tilapia cubes.
In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, heat 3 tbsp oil. Add 6-7 cubes and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side, until crust is golden.
Repeat with the remaining cubes.
Serve immediately with bell peppers (seasoned with salt and pepper), some pickled onions and lime wedges.
