Soft and Creamy Custard Cake Pudding ~

Hello everyone ! This is my go to dessert recipe for a last minute get-together! Cuz this recipe only takes 5 minutes if you have the required ingredients. Not only is it super easy but also delicious!

YIELD: 4-5 servings

TOTAL TIME: 5 mins to prep, 6 hrs in refrigerator.


1/2 cup fresh cream

1 cup custard (make it from scratch or use an instant mix)

1/2 cup sliced almonds

1/4th cup walnuts

1/2 cup grated chocolate

1 box sponge cake (preferably vanilla flavoured, any good brand)


In your serving tray add a layer of sliced sponge cake

Pour the custard on top of the cake. (make sure the custard is not too thin)

Now add a layer of fresh cream.

Add a few sliced almonds and walnuts.

Next add another layer of sliced sponge cake (you can also soak the cake with orange juice if you like but i personally like it plain)

Now repeat the same steps as above and add cream followed by custard.

Now sprinkle the remaining sliced almonds and walnuts.

Grate some chocolate on top.

Freeze it in the refrigerator for about 6 hours or leave it overnight till each ingredient sets in.
