Spaghetti Bolognese~

YIELD: 5 servings
TOTAL TIME: 30-40 mins
INGREDIENTS:
Spaghetti: 200gms
Lamb mince: 200gms
Olive oil as needed
2 garlic cloves finely chopped
1 large onion, finely chopped
2-3 small carrrots, chopped
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
Vegetable stock as needed (optional)
250 gms tomato concasse
2 tbsp tomato puree
Crushed black peppercorns
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tbsp mixed ground spices (garam masala)
Salt to taste
Parmesan / mozzarella cheese as required
PREPARATION:
Boil sufficient water in a deep pan, add salt, 2 tsps oil, spaghetti and cook till al-dente.
Heat remaining oil in a non-stick pan, add ginger garlic paste and chopped onions and saute for 1-2 minutes.
Add carrots and bell pepper and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add mutton mince and cook for 4-5 minutes on high heat.
Add tomato concasse and tomato puree, mix well.
Add crushed black peppercorns, Garam Masala and sauté for 1 minute.
Add red chilli powder,vegetable stock,and salt and continue cooking till the sauce thickens.
Strain the spaghetti with the help of a strainer.
Place the portion of spaghetti on a serving plate and top with the prepared sauce.
Grate some cheese on it.
Serve hot.
