Milk: 2 cups
Cocoa powder: 1/4th cup
Sugar:1/4th to 1/2 cup
Cream: 1/4th cup
Corn starch: 3 tbsp
A pinch of salt
Milk chocolate/chocolate chips: 1 cup
In a 8 x 4 inch pan place cling film on the base and sides.
In a mixing bowl add milk, sugar, cream, cocoa powder and corn starch along with a pinch of salt and mix well.
Strain the mixture into a medium saucepan and place over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring to make sure the mixture does not stick to the bottom of the pan. Simmer for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat to medium low and add chocolate chips to the simmering mixture. Stir until melted and mixture is smooth.
Remove pan from heat and quickly, pour the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into prepared pan. Refrigerate until set, (preferably overnight)
Carefully unmold onto a plate. Peel off cling film wrap.
Top it off with some whipped cream
